Burnout, fatigue, chronic pain and the journey towards recovery.
Sometimes life takes more from us than we realise. Burnout, ongoing fatigue and chronic pain can affect far more than our physical health. They can change how we feel, what we're capable of, how we see ourselves and how we move through everyday life. And finding our way forward isn't always straightforward.
Join us for a day of understanding, honest conversation, gentle movement and connection as we explore what happens when our bodies and minds are overwhelmed, and what can support us on the path towards recovery.
Whether you're navigating these experiences yourself, supporting someone you care about, or simply wanting to better understand your health and wellbeing, this is a day to learn, reflect and make a little space for yourself.
A Vitality Wellbeing Day brings together trusted information, movement, rest, good food and genuine connection.
A series of relaxed, informative conversations exploring burnout, fatigue, chronic pain and recovery, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.
Time to connect with other women, hear different perspectives and recognise that you may not be alone in what you're experiencing.
A beautiful lunch, time to pause and the opportunity to enjoy the facilities at Hollyberry House, including the infrared sauna and spa.
This day is for women who...
You don't need to have a diagnosis, know exactly what you're looking for or feel comfortable sharing your story.
Come as you are.
Through expert conversations and shared experiences, we'll explore topics including...
UNDERSTANDING BURNOUT & FATIGUE
What happens when we've been running on empty for too long? Understanding the physical, mental and emotional impact of prolonged stress and exhaustion.
UNDERSTANDING CHRONIC PAIN
Exploring how pain works, why it can persist and the relationship between our bodies, nervous systems and everyday experiences.
THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE
The parts we don't always talk about — the frustration, uncertainty, loss of confidence and changes to our sense of self that can accompany burnout, fatigue and ongoing pain.
FINDING YOUR WAY FORWARD
What can support recovery? Exploring practical approaches, realistic expectations and the importance of finding what works for you.
LIVED EXPERIENCE
Hearing from women who have navigated their own experiences of burnout, fatigue or chronic pain — what they've learned, what helped and what they wish they'd known.
YOUR QUESTIONS
An opportunity to ask questions, share experiences if you wish, or simply listen and learn from the conversations around you.
Bringing together professional expertise and lived experience, our contributors will share different perspectives on burnout, fatigue, chronic pain and finding your way forward.

Holly is a counsellor, psychotherapist and founder of Hollyberry House. Bringing together her professional knowledge and lived experience, she'll share insights into the emotional and psychological impact of burnout and fatigue, the challenges of navigating recovery, and what it can mean to begin reconnecting with yourself.

Drawing on her professional background and personal experience of burnout and recovery, Clare will explore the impact of prolonged stress and exhaustion, the connection to identity, and what it can mean to find your way forward.
